Data Conversion Chip-AST7476S
AST7476S是国科安芯研制的一款12位单端模数转换器，工作速率为1MSPS。该器件基于逐次逼近寄存器架构，并带有内部跟踪保持功能。其串行接口兼容多种标准，例如SPI、QSPI、MICROWIRE以及许多常见的DSP串行接口。AST7476S使用电源电压作为参考电压，使其输入电压范围为0至VDD。转换速率由串行时钟(SCLK)的速度决定。该转换器提供关断模式，可用于在吞吐量和功耗之间进行权衡。AST7476S采用2.7V至5.25V的单电源供电。在3V或5V电源下，连续转换时的正常功耗分别为4.5mW和11mW。通过片选(CS)引脚启用掉电功能后，在5V电源下功耗可降至5µW以下。该转换器采用6引脚SOT-23封装，尺寸极小，非常适合空间受限的应用。AST7476S采用先进抗辐照加固设计，可应用于商业航天、核电站等高安全需求场景。

12位分辨率，无缺失代码：5V供电下LSB≈1.22mV，3V供电下LS≈0.73mV，对遥测精度足够，以星上典型温度传感器（K型热电偶，灵敏度约41μV/℃）为例，12位量化的等效温度分辨率约0.03℃，完全满足热控监测需求；
1MSPS吞吐率：奈奎斯特带宽500kHz，远高于星上缓变信号的带宽；多路遥测可通过前端多路复用器轮流采样，单通道速率留足余量；
供电即参考：直接用VDD做参考电压，省去外部基准芯片，减少PCB面积和物料数量。
