Interface-ASM9047S
ASM9047S2P是厦门国科安芯科技有限公司推出的商业航天级四路CMOS差分 LVDS 驱动器，基于标准低压差分信号（LVDS）架构，可将TTL/CMOS 单端输入信号转换为±350mV标准差分输出，支持超400Mbps（200MHz）高速点对点数据传输。器件采用3.3V单电源供电，集成双通道使能控制逻辑，支持三态高阻关断输出，待机静态功耗仅13mW；具备超低差分偏移、短传播延时特性，信号完整性优异。产品搭载商用航天专用抗辐照加固工艺，搭配宽温域工作设计、高等级ESD防护，外围电路极简，无需复杂匹配电路，可完美适配高速长距离差分传输链路，广泛应用于商业航天载荷、核电控制系统、特种工业机器人、高速通信数据接口等对传输速率、环境可靠性、抗辐射能力要求严苛的高可靠场景。
