Based on the self-developed RISC-V kernel and key technologies of soft error protection, Ansilic has developed automotive body control, MCU chips for power domain and chassis domain control, high-voltage and high-speed CANFD chips, high-efficiency and low-ripple DCDC power chips and other products in response to the trend of centralization, power electrification and intelligent networking of new energy vehicles.
The body control MCU AS32A601 is based on the dual-core lockstep RISC-V architecture. Its instruction set is independent and controllable. Our full range of automotive MCU chips include CANFD communication chip ASM1042, and DCDC power chip ASP3605, based on soft error protection technology to ensure the safety of automotive chips from the process level. Ansilic is China’s first company in to provide a series of automotive chips based on process-level soft error protection technology.
