AS32I421是国科安芯基于SIP技术定制的一款高集成、小尺寸、全国产通信控制芯片,2个月完成芯片定制和小批量供货。 核心处理器基于32位RISC-V指令集,主频高达180MHz。芯片尺寸20mm*20mm,集成1颗MCU芯片,4路CANFD芯片,2路RS485 芯片,1路RS232芯片,2颗DCDC电源芯片,1路百兆网PHY芯片,32Mb FLASH。核心芯片按照车规要求设计和生产,满足ASIL-B功能安全和AEC-Q100 grade1检测认证。AS32I421所有裸die全部国产,可应用于特种车辆控制管理、船、舰等管理控制板。
