Small size, low cost, independent controllability, high safety

In response to the needs of humanoid robots, servo robots, logistics robots and other scenarios, Ansilic has launched the AS32I411, a highly integrated micro robot joint control drive chip. It features a built-in MCU, multiple DC-DC and LDO power supplies, a CANFD communication interface, and a 3-phase pre-drive and MOs. All key components are self-developed by Ansilic.

Thanks to its high level of integration, the AS32I411 reduces the volume by 80% compared with the original controller solutions, with lower cost and full independent controllability. This ensures the security of the supply chain for critical robot controller chips.

Additionally, Ansilic provides other key chips for robot joint controllers, including the joint control MCU AS32I601, DCDC power chips ASP3605I and ASP4644I, and the CANFD communication interface chip ASM1042I.
