ASP5050S是国科安芯研制的一款超低温漂、宽压输入、高精度、输出电压为5.0V的基准电压源芯片。该基准电压源既能拉电流又能灌电流,并具有良好的线性和负载调节能力。ASP5050S应用了创新的芯片设计技术,使用标准而非特定的芯片制造工艺,实现优异的温漂指标和精度性能。其全温范围内的温度漂移可以低于5ppm/℃,同时保持输出电压的绝对精度在±0.04%的范围内波动。该芯片采用先进抗辐照加固设计,具备优良的电压调整率和负载调整率性能以及较低的噪声,使其非常适用于商业航天、核电站等高精度数据采集系统。
