AS32I411是国科安芯基于SIP技术定制的一款关节电机专用驱控一体芯片，内核基于32位RISC-V指令集，主频高达180Mhz，支持双浮点运算单元（FPU）和内存保护单元（MPU）,确保运算高效稳定。芯片支持多达2MB Flash以及512KB SRAM，集成TIM、USART、GPIO、SPI、I2C、CAN/CAN-FD等数字外设以及ADC等模拟外设，内置硬件加密扩展单元，支持多种硬件加解密算法，保障产品安全。针对电机控制，AS32I411集成高功率电源、运算放大器、电压比较器、预驱动器等专用外设，部分型号扩展集成MOSFET，简化系统设计，可应用于人形机器人、物流机器人、伺服机器人等关节控制模块。
