电平接口芯片-ASC0204S

ASC0204S是国科安芯研制的一款4位、双电源供电电压转换芯片。Ax引脚参考VCCA逻辑电平,OE引脚可参考VCCA或VCCB逻辑电平,Bx引脚参考VCCB逻辑电平。A端口可接受1.65V至5.5V的输入电压范围,B端口同样可接受1.65V至5.5V的输入电压范围。当OE设置为高电平时(参考任一电源),固定方向数据传输可从A至B或B至A进行。当OE设置为低电平时,所有输出引脚进入高阻抗状态。该芯片采用抗辐照加固设计,可应用于商业航天、核电站等场景。
