Power Management Chip - ASP51200S
ASP51200S is a sink/source current mode DDR termination regulator chip developed by Ansilic, compatible with TPS51200. The chip achieves fast transient response, requires only a minimum output capacitor of 20µF, and supports remote sensing function, which can meet the VTT bus termination power supply requirements for DDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, low-power DDR3 and DDR4. ASP51200S adopts advanced radiation-hardened design and can be used in high-safety applications such as commercial aerospace and nuclear power plants.
