ASL8522S是国科安芯研制的一款精密运算放大器。芯片采用斩波稳零技术,让失调电压与失调温漂拥有极佳的长期稳定性。单路运放静态电流仅21uA,同时可实现350KHz的带宽。这款小尺寸高精度运算放大器具备高输入阻抗,输入、输出均支持轨到轨电压摆幅。该器件的偏置电流在全温范围内保持稳定,因此高输入阻抗类应用无需针对温度变化做校准补偿。ASL8522S采用先进抗辐照加固设计,可应用于商业航天、核电站等高安全需求场景。
