Power Management Chip - ASP2110S
ASP2110S is a high-side and low-side driver chip developed by Ansilic, compatible with IR2110, featuring high voltage adaptability, high-speed switching and strong anti-interference performance. ASP2110S supports a high-side floating supply offset voltage up to 600V, a gate drive supply voltage ranging from 10V to 20V, a typical output source/sink current of 1.9A/2.3A, a typical turn-on propagation delay of 160ns and a turn-off propagation delay of 200ns. ASP2110S adopts advanced radiation-hardened design and can be used in high-safety applications such as commercial aerospace and nuclear power plants.
