ASP4644S is a power management chip developed by Ansilic, fully compatible with LTM4644, featuring radiation resistance, high efficiency, low ripple, and high current capability. The chip's specifications such as power efficiency, current, and input/output range are consistent with those of the LTM4644 chip, and its ripple performance under typical operating conditions is superior to LTM4644. This chip supports an input voltage range of 4V to 14V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, with 4A output current per channel and up to 16A output current by paralleling four channels. Only input and output capacitors are required externally, saving board space for users. Reinforced with advanced radiation-hardened technology, it has radiation-resistant indicators: SEL≥75MeV.cm²/mg, SEU≥75MeV.cm²/mg, and is applicable to fields such as commercial space.
