View DetailsThe ASM1042S is a high‑performance CAN FD transceiver. It supports data rates up to 5 Mbps, offers a ±30 V receiver common‑mode voltage range, and provides ±70 V bus fault protection. The device is compatible with both 3.3 V and 5 V I/O levels. It’s suitable for demanding automotive, industrial, space, and defense applications.
Designed with an advanced radiation‑hardened architecture, the ASM1042S delivers reliable operation in high‑safety environments such as commercial space and military systems. The device is AEC‑Q100 qualified. It is drop‑in compatible with TJA1042 and TCAN1042.
AS32S601 is a commercial space-grade radiation-hardened MCU chip based on the RISC-V architecture developed by Ansilic, featuring complete independent controllability, high security, and rich interfaces. Based on the RISC-V dual-core lockstep architecture, it supports the RV32IMAFDC instruction set with a main frequency of up to 180MHz, is designed in accordance with the ASIL-B functional safety level, and supports interfaces such as CANFD, Ethernet, PWM, ADC, ACMP, and DAC. Adopting an advanced radiation-hardened design, it can be applied in high-safety demand scenarios such as commercial space. Provide chip design, production, packaging, testing, certification, and more.
ASP7A84AS是国科安芯研制的一款和TPS7A84A兼容的LDO芯片。具有大电流、低噪声、高电源抑制比、高精度等特点,4 μVRMS输出噪声,3安培负载条件下具有300毫伏的超低压降电压。输入范围1.1 V 到 6.5 V,输出电压范围0.8 V至5.2 V。卓越瞬态响应和可调软启动控制。ASP7A84AS采用先进抗辐照加固设计,可应用于商业航天、核电站等高安全需求场景。
